Ashley was amazing! I am honestly always rather hesitant and skeptical of realtors but soon into the process I could tell Ashley was different, and that I could trust her. She was personable, extremely professional and helpful the whole way. Ashley does her research and is extremely detail oriented - she comes prepared with the most up to date stats and she explains the market (what can sometimes feel fairly overwhelming, especially in this fast paced Vancouver market) in simple terms. She is very supportive and understands the stress and chaos that can accompany selling ones home, especially when multiple parties (owners) are involved. She definitely eased the stress and worry, throughout and I was glad to have her on my side. She was able to support me along the way, and was able to promptly answer my many questions, and tend to my needs before we listed the property. Ashley went above and beyond and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their place. It is clear that Ashley truly cares and has the best interest of client at heart.
